Professor Bernardo Almada-Lobo is the head of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Porto, Portugal, and vice president of the Institute of INESC Technology. Research fields include operations research, operations research management, asset management, etc. He has published 57 high-level academic papers in international well-known SCI journals, such as European Journal of Operational Research, Computers and Operations Research, International Journal of Production Economics, etc., and Google has cited 1491 academic papers. He is also vice president of EWG LOT and editorial board member of flexible services and manufacturing.
