The Department of Business Administration aims to cultivate senior professionals who have the knowledge and basic skills of management, economy, law and business enterprise management, and can engage in management, research, consultation, teaching and scientific research in various enterprises, institutions, financial institutions and government departments. The Department has two undergraduate majors, business administration and marketing, as well as some master's and doctoral programs related to enterprise management. Main research directions: marketing, enterprise strategic management, brand management, product development, operation management, human resource management, organizational behavior, corporate culture, communication strategy, knowledge management, cultural and creative industry management, safety engineering management, innovation management, logistics management, enterprise management consulting and planning, MBA management courses teaching cases, etc. It consists of four course groups: Marketing Course Group, strategic management course group, management course group and human resource management course group.
