On December 13, 2019, the closing ceremony of Beijing Jiaotong University Sports Festival and the Intercollegiate Cup cheer leading competition were solemnly held in Tianyou Hall. With the successful close of the 2019 Sports Festival, the School of Economics and Management won the third place in the total team score of the Sports Festival.

During the sports festival, the sports department of the students' union organized students to participate in the various competitions of the Intercollegiate Cup of the sports festival actively. And the competitions includes: Freshman Games, Freshman Cup of Volleyball match, Siyuan Cup of Football match, Freshman Intercollegiate Cup of Chess match, Freshman Cup of Table Tennis match, fun bicycle, Intercollegiate Cup of Rope skipping Competition, International Cup of Badminton match, extreme Challenge Pentathlon, Freshman Intercollegiate of Winter long-distance running Competition, Intercollegiate Cup of Flag Rugby match, Intercollegiate Cup of Shuttlecock match and other sports activities. These games and competitions showed the spirit of students who are positive and dare to work hard, and demonstrated the consistently excellent conduct and quality of the School of Economics and Management.

In addition, the sports department of the students' union also actively organized and participated in other sports activities that are even not included in the sports festival scores, including freshman basketball match, Golden Autumn "Solidarity Cup" tug-of-war, Intercollegiate Cup Slow Softball Competition, Dormitory Culture Festival, Orienteering freshman Competition, Intercollegiate Cup of Cheer Leading Competition and so on. The active participation reflected the training concept of comprehensive education and scientific development of our college.

From September to December 2019, students of the School of Economy and Management actively participated in various sports competitions, with a total number of 126 events, 283 games, and more than 350 participants .

The successful development of this Sports Festival is inseparable from the enthusiastic participation of all the students, the thoughtful attention and strong support given by the teachers of the college, and the meticulous preparation and organization of the staff of the sports department of the college. Thank all the support of the students and teachers.

We have faith that the School of Economics and Management will make further  achievements and create resplendence in sports activities in near future.
