On the afternoon of December 19, 2014 our schoolos Case Study Center convened the 6th Case Salon at RM. 611 in East Siyuan Building. Pan Lixin, the winner of the National Top 100 Excellent Cases for 4 consecutive times and associate professor of School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, gave the case development lecture.

Pan Lixin conducted the analysis of the basic procedures for the case development, the basic contents, judgment standards, etc., from two aspects, respectively pCase Development and Key Problems in Writingq and pSpecific case development and writing practiceq, elaborated on the judgment standards for the excellent cases. She specially emphasized that the priority should be given to the selection of the topics for the case development and also gave the specific account of 4 of the top 100 excellent cases thus developed. Ms. Pan also gave the detailed introduction of her won case teaching experience, explaining how to fully and effectively use the cases in the actual teaching activities. After the lecture, Ms. Pan Lixin shared the profound exchange with the teachers attending this lecture.

This salon was convened at RM. 611 in East Siyuan Building, and present at the lecture were more than 30 teachers, particularly including Ding Huiping, Yeshujun and Mazhong, etc., all of whom gave the warm response to this lecture, saying in chorus that they benefited considerably from this salon, which really enlightened and inspired them for the subsequent case development and the teaching.
