At 14:30-16:30 on January 6, 2015, an academic lecture entitled "Face-to-Face Exchange with Masters" sponsored by Postgraduate Work Department was held at SD306 of Business Administration College. Mr. Li Jianguo,managing director and founding partner of Leadyond Capital, gave an academic report entitled pUnderstanding and Thinking about Domestic Investment Businessq, which was presided over by Prof. Zhang Wensong, dean of Business Administration College.
 

Managing Director Li is the major member of the earliest local PE investment team (Legend Capital) in China, having witnessed the development of the Chinese domestic PE Market and kept pace with the comparatively complete development course of the domestic PE market. The lecture given by Managing Director Li highlighted the points of views of different schools from the theoretical perspective and summarized the domestically popular PE classification standard and the management models; he also gave the practical account of the previous experience and lessons thus drawn and the magnificent upsurge of the investment and financing market with the extremely profound examples; he also philosophically extracted the investment logics and brought his lecture to a smooth close by presenting the Macro discussion of the interests and ethics.

Mr. Li is one of the founding partners of Legend Capital and Hony Capital as well as the major participant of the team for in the start-up period of the two companies to conduct the initial business and formulate the corporate strategies. Legend Capital currently is the domestically famous venture capital and growth investment institution while Hony Capital is the domestically renowned equity investment company. In the course of the establishment and management of the three investment companies, respectively Legend Capital, Hony Capital and Leadyond Capital, Managing Director Li has gained the profound and abundant awareness and experience as to the operation and management of the investment companies. Mr. Li has the experience of the advanced management and operation of the enterprises and has served as the responsible leaders of many departments of Legend Capital, particularly the internal business management, public relations, ERP and HR, etc. 
 

Mr. Li shared his own understanding of the domestic investment with the students, particularly his own life experience and the actual understanding, thus having won the high recognition and the warm welcome from teachers and students present at the lecture. In the process of the interactive exchange, the students were active in raising their questions; Managing Director Li conducted the in-depth analysis and gave the satisfactory answers to the studentso questions. After the lecture, Managing Director Li also gave a discussion with Dean Zhang at SD724, reaching the initial framework for the further in-depth cooperation.
