The cooperative education program between BJTU and Rochester Institute of Technology approved by Ministry of Education

Recently, the Business Management (Entrepreneurship and Innovation) Master Degree Program sponsored by BJTU and Rochester Institute of Technology was approved by the Ministry of Education (approval No.: MOE11US1A20141598N). This program is the first Sino-foreign cooperative education program on entrepreneurship and innovation ever launched in China, in response to the Chinese governmentos call for building an innovation-driven country and the market demand for startups. 
 
This program will be delivered in English by world-class faculty using the RIT curriculum of entrepreneurship and innovation program. Students enrolled into the program will have full access to high-quality educational resources of both sides and graduates will receive the masteros degree certificate from RIT.   
 
Founded in 1892, RIT is the 11th largest privately-run university in the US, an internationally recognized leader in Co-op education. Sanders Business School upon which this program is based has been accredited to AACSB standard, and the freshman business incubator of RIT has established a partnership with Albert J. Simone Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, the number one of its kind in the US. Meanwhile, Sanders Business Schoolos master degree program in entrepreneurship and innovation ranks top among business schools in the US, and the employment service satisfaction among graduates ranks the 7th place in the US.  
 
The programos center is located at the School of Economics and Management. The School is now in the process of working with RIT to implement the program as scheduled. So far, the School has established a multilevel international cooperative education system covering bacheloros degree, masteros degree and doctoral degree programs through cooperative education and joint training.
