Associate professor Xin Yijun with our school recently was appointed as the chief editor of Group Organization Management (GOM) Special Issue of internationally renown journal SSCI in the field of organizational management.

GOM is an internationally influential academic journal in the field of organizational management, with a 2014 influencing factor of 1.489 and ranked the third place by British ABS, each issue comprising four articles (bimonthly), enjoying tremendous academic influence in the field f international organizational management. All previous chief editors of the journal are world-famous management scientists.
