At 9:00 a.m. on April 9, 2015, a delegation composed of Prof. Zhang Wensong, dean of Business Administration College, Prof. Xiao Xiang, party secretary of Business Administration College, and Fan Tieyan, a teacher from Accounting Department, paid a visit to Beijing Public Transportation Group Assets Management Co., Ltd., and communicated about the matters related to the future cooperation. CFO Peng Tieying, Office director Zhang Maosheng and Minister Guo Wen, etc., of Beijing Public Transportation Group Assets Management Co., Ltd. attended this activity. Both sides also conducted the friendly and warm talk.
First of all, Prof. Zhang Wensong introduced the development situations of BJTU School of Economics and Management, particularly Business Administration College, and the scientific research team of Business management discipline and the results of the relevant scientific research projects, focusing on the introduction of the principle and purpose of this Series of Activities of Business Administration College entitled pEnterprise Inspection Tour by Professors and Expertsq—to create Business Administration College into the new think tank with the characteristics of the socioeconomic development in a down-to-earth way; Minister Guo Wen of Beijing Public Transportation Group Assets Management Co., Ltd. introduced the development condition, development positioning and a series of work and deployment to be conducted of the assets management company; Prof. Xiao Xiang shared the initial communication and exchange, particularly focusing on the relevant taxes, budget, cost, etc., of the public welfare assets of the assets management company.
Later, both sides jointly discussed about the other cooperation fields in the future, including the signing of the strategic framework agreement, the BJTU School of Economics and Management practice base to be built in Beijing Public Transportation Group, pBeijing Public Transportation Group Cadre Training Baseq to be built in Business Administration College, BJTU School of Economics and Management. Furthermore, both sides, through the amicable consultation, hoped that a series of cooperation projects in the public transport fields could form a highland, which would be a new path with the demonstrative effect in the national mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises and the appreciation and maintenance and appreciation of public welfare assets value, etc.
