From 2:10 to 4:10 pm on June 9, 2015, invited by Sub-School of Economics, Dean of Department of International Trade of University of International Business and Economics, Associate Prof. Yin Xiaopeng, gave an academic lecture of "Current Theoretical and Policy Frontier Problem of International Trade" in Sidong 611. The lecture was hosted by Prof. Bu Wei, Party Secretary of Sub-School of Economics. More than 20 teachers and graduate students participated in the lecture, including Liu Sichen, Hu Yamei and Zhang Bi.

 

Associate Prof. Yin Xiaopeng divided the lecture into two parts. In Part One, he specially explained "Current development of research on international trade theory", elaborating international trade theory documents, from classic and new classic international trade theory to new international trade theory, and to new-new international trade theory. In Part Two, he specially explained pCurrent hot topics in Chinaos foreign tradeq. Associate Prof. Yin Xiaopeng gave us a vivid lesson with his humor language as well as brought new inspiration for future research in this field.

• Worked as a teacher in Department of International Trade of University of International Business and Economics in 2007

 

• Currently as Dean of Department of International Trade of University of International Business and Economics, Associate Professor, Doctoral Tutor

 

• Part-time positions include: Executive Secretary and Financial Secretary of International Economics and Finance Society (China), Executive Deputy Director of University of Washington and University of International Business and Economics Research Center for International Economy

 

• Worked as teachers in Concordia University of Canada and Windsor University.

 

Major research fields: direct investment of foreign businessmen and outsourcing, regional economic union and trade agreement, trade, capital flow and economic growth, internal economic growth, open macroeconomics.
