From 2:30 to 4:30 pm on June 11, 2015, invited by Sub-School of Economics, Prof. Zhou Qingjie, Vice Dean of Department of Economics and Director of Economic Research Center of Beijing Technology and Business University, gave an academic lecture of "Accounting of self-owned house service virtual rent in Chinaos GDP: confusion and choice" in Sidong 611. The lecture was hosted by Vice President of Sub-School of Economics Associate Prof. Li Weidong. Many teachers and students participated in the lecture, including Prof. Zhou Yaodong, Prof. Tong Qiong and Associate Prof. Ren Ying.

 

In the lecture, Prof. Zhou Qingjie gave a wonderful presentation from four aspects of "Why study self-owned house service", pHow to estimate self-owned house service virtual rentq, "Discovery based on questionnaires" and "The latest reform of Chinaos GDP accounting methods". He deeply analyzed different dealing of self-owned house service virtual rent in GDP accounting in China and the United States and its influence and put forward reform ideas and directions for future GDP accounting methods of China in from the layer of academy.
