On June 28 morning, 2015, School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University held opening ceremony of Master Class of Security Engineering of Wuhan Railway Bureau in Party School of Wuhan Railway Bureau.

 

Leader guests of the ceremony included Director of Department of Personnel of Wuhan Railway Bureau, Hu Xiaoqing, Standing Vice President of Party School of Wuhan Railway Bureau, Xu Mingxing, Vice President of Party School of Wuhan Railway Bureau, Zhu Caixiu, Vice President of Graduate School of Beijing Jiaotong University, Prof. Liu Shifeng, Director of Major Degree Center, Lan Hong, Vice President of School of Economics and Management, Prof. Hao Shengyue, Director of Master of Engineering, Prof. Fu Shaochuan. The ceremony was hosted by Zhu Caixiu, Vice President of Party School of Wuhan Railway Bureau. Students from units of Wuhan Railway Bureau attended the opening ceremony.

 

In the ceremony, leaders from Beijing Jiaotong University addressed first. On behalf of Graduate School, Prof. Liu Shifeng, Vice President of Graduate School made an introduction to students about history, staff, teaching utilities and major characteristics of Beijing Jiaotong University. On behalf of School of Economics and Management, Vice President Hao Shenyue expressed a sincere welcome to new students and asked to make characteristic and targeted lessons according to actual needs of students, send the best teachers to teach, establish efficient management group to provide good service, and construct good learning platform by taking full advantage of brand of Beijing Jiaotong University.

 

Then, Director of Department of Personnel of Wuhan Railway Bureau, Hu Xiaoqing, gave an address. He expressed congratulations to students and gratitude to Beijing Jiaotong University for providing excellent teaching staff and to Party School of Wuhan Railway Bureau for providing good environment. He hoped that students would fully recognize the significance of deepen learning, strengthen efficiency of learning and complete learning tasks excellently. Standing Vice President of Party School of Wuhan Railway Bureau, Xu Mingxing, said in his address that it was a key decision and strategic arrangement of talents construction of Wuhan Railway Bureau and Party Committee of the Bureau to launch engineering master education, train high standard railway talents. He hope that students would complete learning tasks successfully and hand a satisfactory answer to Wuhan Railway Bureau and Party Committee of the Bureau. Sun Bingwei addressed on behalf of all the students. He thanked both the university and the bureau for their care and attention for the master class. They were determined to complete 3-year learning with highest enthusiasm, most comprehensive input and actual dedication, winnin glory for Wuhan Railway Bureau and Beijing Jiaotong University.

 

Finally, all participants took a picture as a souvenir.

 

After the ceremony, leaders from both sides had a deep, comprehensive and friendly negotiation about cooperation of next master class of engineering for working staff, launch of short term training class, combined training of other majors degree or masters class, etc.
