The Third International Joint Innovation Seminar on Container Supply Chain sponsored by Ningbo University and co-organized by Ningbo Logistics Association was held in Ningbo From December 6th to 8th, 2019. Chinese scholars from Dalian Maritime University and National Water Transport Safety Technology Research Center, enterprise executives from COSCO, Zhejiang Jiada and other companies, as well as people from South Korea, Uruguay and other people form countries along the "Belt and Road" attended the meeting.

Associate professor Huang anqiang from our School was invited to give a themed report entitled "Optimal policy for emergency reserve allocation: safety stock VS capital stock". The report combines intelligent logistics, emergency logistics and container supply chain to elaborate on the current situation, mathematical description, optimization and policy meaning, which was well received by the representatives of participating enterprises scholars.

Dr. Zhang Weijian of our School shared the latest research work in the doctoral seminar, which aroused high interest and heated discussion.
