EQUIS accreditation, overseen by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), represents a premier global standard for management education quality. It stands as one of the most rigorous quality accreditation systems worldwide. Currently, 23 business schools in mainland China have achieved EQUIS accreditation. Together with AACSB and AMBA accreditations, EQUIS forms the trio of the most authoritative international accreditations for business schools. Securing all three accreditations simultaneously serves as a hallmark of excellence, marking entry into the world's top business schools. In 2021, the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University proudly attained accreditation from EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA, all of which have been awarded the maximum five-year accreditation, underscoring its commitment to excellence in business education.
