Eartree, conceived within the National University Science Park of Beijing Jiaotong University, achieved noteworthy success by clinching the top prize in the inaugural "Internet plus" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Chinese college students in Beijing, as well as earning the national silver medal. Founded by Zhao Shanjun, a 2010 graduate of our school's Thermal Power program, along with two other partners from the School of Economics and Management, Eartree strategically embraces the "Internet plus" approach, establishing deep roots in China's hearing medical industry. The company, driven by a commitment to assist hearing-impaired individuals in reintegrating into the auditory world and mainstream society, offers "transparent and reliable" cost-effective hearing solutions for Chinese users and their families. Eartree stands as an innovative enterprise guided by a vision of creating both social and enterprise value. Presently, it operates the largest hearing medical science popularization platform and WeChat official account in mainland China, with investments in seven hearing 4S centers.

Engaging in direct dialogue with the founder of Ear Tree, the students gained deeper insights into the company's foundational status, market dynamics, and future developmental trajectory within the hearing medical industry.

Simultaneously, the students conducted thorough examinations and discussions on various aspects of Eartree, including the genesis of entrepreneurial ideas, organizational structure, financing channels, marketing strategies, and patent sharing. Furthermore, the students acknowledged and admired Ear Tree's commitment to corporate social responsibility, expressing a hope that Ear Tree could extend its concern and services to Belt and Road countries, thereby providing assistance and support to a greater number of hearing-impaired individuals.
