On the sunny afternoon of March 7, 2023, the 22FMBA International Class from Beijing Jiaotong University, under the guidance of the dynamic duo Professor Liu Yingqi and Professor Zhang Le, descended upon the intriguing grounds of Yiwen Group nestled within the Beijing Garden Expo Park. The mission? A half-day exchange and visit activity that promised a deep dive into the workings of this fascinating enterprise.

Established in 1994, Yiwen Group has evolved into a powerhouse, seamlessly blending four major business segments: independent brand, industrial internet, cultural industry integration, and an epidemic prevention and control industry platform. Home to renowned independent clothing brands like EVE SINCE 1994, Notting Hill, Kevin Kelly, and EVE CINA, Yiwen Group doesn't just create clothing; it's a cultural phenomenon. Infusing the prowess of Chinese culture, it weaves the threads of Chinese style lifestyle philosophy and cultural connotations into the fabric of fashion. Acting as a linchpin for high-end clothing enterprises, Yiwen Group goes beyond clothing, aiming to provide consumers with warm, attitudinal, and all-encompassing clothing services.

In the immersive exchange, Ms. Tao Yue, the dean of the Yiwen Group Business School, took the reins, unraveling the intricate tapestry of Yiwen Group's business layout and development process for the students. A guided tour through the Yiwen Castle Cultural Exhibition Area ensued, leading to the captivating "Deep Mountain Market" China-Chic Cultural Reception Hall, a space dominated by Yiwen Group. Here, students found themselves steeped in a cultural and artistic ambiance, a vivid collision of ancient arts and modern industries spanning different regions and nationalities in China.

Ms. Tao Yue didn't stop there; she dazzled the students with a showcase of the "online virtual fitting" service during the visit. The innovative service allows consumers to use the fitting cloud mirror or upload their photos to intelligently measure their clothing in the measurement mini program. Choosing fabrics and styles online, they can customize their 3D clothing through shape data comparison and version data matching. 'Yiwen Shuzhi,' with its interactive shopping experience, became an instant hit among the students, as captured in the lively picture showing them experiencing the 'virtual fitting service.'

Post-visit, Professor Liu Yingqi, ever the engaging academic guide, led a spirited on-site case discussion with the students, using the visiting enterprise as a real-life example. Questions flowed, ideas were exchanged, and the discussion touched on crucial aspects such as enterprise development strategy planning, profit models, and production management methods.

This activity wasn't just a field trip; it was a catalyst for enhancing students' practical abilities. The goal? To nurture their capability to apply management theory and methods to real-world enterprise management challenges and to equip them with innovative approaches to problem-solving. Stepping out of the confines of the classroom, students broadened their horizons, enriched themselves, and laid a robust practical foundation for future scientific research. It was an afternoon not just of learning, but of experiencing and applying knowledge in a dynamic, real-world setting.
