Recognizing the unique academic needs of these volunteers, the college has formed specialized academic counseling groups within its branch units. These groups are dedicated to addressing the challenges volunteers face in their studies and to catering to their personalized and professional learning requirements. Tailored one-on-one academic assistance is provided to volunteers at the Winter Olympics and Paralympics, encompassing an array of support services such as note-taking for courseware, question-and-answer sessions, and homework help.

Moreover, the Youth League Committee of the college is actively collaborating with the teaching department to streamline the process for course leave and deferment for all volunteers. This includes using the college teachers' WeChat group to disseminate information about the roles of Winter Olympics volunteers, garnering understanding and support from the faculty.

Participation in the volunteer service for the Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and experiencing the majesty of a "Double Olympics City," is an exceptional honor for each volunteer. The college remains committed to offering robust support for the volunteer service of the Winter Olympics. This includes comprehensive academic assistance, health care, and organizational coordination, thereby alleviating concerns of the volunteers. This initiative helps volunteers immerse in the Olympic spirit, exhibit the responsibility of friendship, and contribute the vitality of youth to the success of the Winter Olympics.
