On the morning of September 15, 2013, Opening ceremony for 2013 In-service Master of Engineering (MEng) Program ofSchool of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, got started in the Conference Hall in Section A on 5th Floor of Administrative Office Building, Beijing Jiaotong University Huanghua Haibin College. Present at the opening ceremony were Vice president Hao Shengyue of School of Economics and Management and Executive President of Wang Dayong of Haibin College, Director Fu Shaochuan of Master of Engineering Center of School of Economics and Management, vice director Wang Xuefeng and Zhang Keming, a faculty representative, Director Li Yanzheng of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Office of School of Economics and Management and Director Qiu Jingyan of Human Resources Department of Changzhou Guohua Power Co., Ltd., coupled with all candidates for 2013 In-service Master of Engineering (MEng) Program. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wang Xuefeng.
Mr. Wang Dayong gave a speech on behalf of Haibin College with his warm congratulation on the smooth start of 2013 In-service Master of Engineering (MEng) Program and with a warm welcome to Vice president Hao Shengyue of School of Economics and Management and his attendants or associates and all candidates attending 2013 In-service Master of Engineering (MEng) Program. He pointed out that this program complied with the orientation and features in running the school for cultivation of the applied talents, and at the same time it served as a great initiative to promote the regional socio-economic development. He continued, Haibin College would provide the excellent learning and living conditions for all teachers and students for 2013 In-service Master of Engineering (MEng) Program.

Hao Shengyue delivered a speech on behalf of School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, introducing the history of Beijing Jiaotong University, industrial features and the overall situations and comparative advantages of School of Economics and Management. He emphasized that School of Economics and Management would arrange for the first-rated faculty for the program in Haibin College to implement the regulatory management with the considerate service. At last he hoped that all students should have strong self-confidence, vigorously seek the academic achievement and self-improvement.
Liang Bo, a new recruit, said they must cherish the hard-won chance for better studies, shared with all present at the opening ceremony his understanding of “Attitude, Emotion and Target”, and would try to put the school motto “unity of knowing-doing” into practice and should try his utmost to live up to the expectations of the teachers.

At last, Director Fu Shaochuan of Master of Engineering Center of School of Economics and Management, announced the commencement for 2013 In-service Master of Engineering (MEng) Program. After the opening ceremony, all VIP guests and students had a group photo taken.
