In the morning of Nov. 8th 2013, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, held the Opening Ceremony of the 3rd Cadre Training Class of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration System of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in BJTU (the 17th in total) in Classroom 307 of East Siyuan Building. The opening ceremony was attended by Ms. Guzhali Abula, Deputy Director General of Enterprise Leaders Administrative Department (Training Department), State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, Zhang Mingyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Economics and Management, teachers of the Schoolos Training Center, and 50 trainees from enterprises and institutions of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration System of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Zheng Mingyu extended a warm welcome to the trainees on behalf of School of Economics and Management. He introduced the long-standing history of BJTU, and the good partnership our school established with many areas and units in Xinjiang over the years to respond to the call of the state to support the development and construction of western regions. He also made a detailed introduction to the state of development, faculty and teaching characteristics of School of Economics and Management, pilot school, and newly increased preponderant disciplines of the school and university. He said that School of Economics and Management attached great importance to this training class, hoped the common effort of the school and trainees could help the trainees to learn more through this training, and welcomed more units with cooperation intention to have all-round cooperation with us. At last, he expressed his expectations and wishes for the trainees, hoping them can study hard and make unremitting effort, so that they can make greater contributions to the development of Xinjiang and China after returning to work.
On the ceremony, Ms. Guzhali Abula delivered an address on behalf of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. She gave a detailed description of the background of the training class, stressed the significance of this training, and required everyone to cherish the opportunity of learning, be strict to with oneself, abide by the regulations of the school, work in unity and help each other. She hoped that through careful study in BJTU and exchange of work experience between the trainees, everyone could have improvements in their thought, knowledge and ability, so that they could apply what they learnt in future work, and help the development of Xinjiang. She thanked School of Economics and Management, BJTU, for their support for cultivating talents for Xinjiang over the years. She hoped the trainees could give valuable advice and make suggestions during the training, so that the training content could be optimized and improved to lay a better foundation for future training classes. She also expected to have better cooperation with BJTU.
