Of late, Beijing Municipal Commission of Education announced pA Circular Concerning the Assessment Result of 2013 Top-grade Textbooks of Colleges and Universities in Beijing Municipalityq (JJH[2013] No. 524), 8 textbooks of our school have been honorably rated as 2013 top-grade ones of Beijing Municipality.
Our school has always set great store by the textbook building and taken its initiative to explore ingenious ideas for textbook building and the efficient reform of the building models with more emphasis laid upon the disciplinary advantages, scientific research advantages and other superior resources, which should be flexibly geared towards the talent cultivation by transforming the scientific research results into the teaching contents which shall be rationally blended and consolidated into the textbooks. At the same time, positive efforts are made to adapt multiple ways to promote the textbook building and publishing. With the vigorous support from all faculties, our school currently has 44 textbooks honorably selected into the top-grade textbooks of Beijing Municipality, thus having laid the solid foundation for the continuous improvement of the teaching quality of undergraduates at colleges and universities.
pTop-grade Textbook Building Program ofColleges and Universities in Beijing Municipalityq was officially initiated in 2001, aiming at highlighting the top-grade textbooks as the spearhead of the teaching reform to build the textbook building system of Colleges and Universities in Beijing Municipality and its corresponding operating mechanism so as to greatly promote the teaching reform, discipline and curriculum building of Colleges and Universities in Beijing Municipality.
