On November 19, 2013, Ron Champion in charge of student recruitment forEnglish Center of Renison University College, University of Waterloo, came over to our school for a wonderful report to students of International Classes in Grade 2012 and 2013 at our school.
Ron Champion focused on the detailed introduction of the humanistic environment in Canada and the overview ofUniversity of Waterloo, key disciplines and specialties, discipline setting, particularly giving prominence to the specialties offered for Economics. Students from our school and Ron Champion enjoyed an extensive exchange and Ron Champion patiently answered all questions raised by students in relation to University of Waterloo and the professional cultivation and education. After that, the relevant leaders from English Center of University of Waterloo conducted the language evaluation and verification ofEconomics 2+2 Program of the students of our school and also organized the application of the students of our school forEconomics 2+2 Program of University of Waterloo.
University of Waterloo is geographically located in Ontario, Canada, as one of the first-class universities in Canada. It ranks in the 7th place in 2012 QS Rankings. University of Waterloo is well known for its rigorous style of academic research and study, particularly its science and engineering specialties as its Mathematics Department remains at top-ranking level in the world. Waterloo City, highly reputed as a science city, boasts various hi-tech companies and independent and innovative brands. According to the agreement signed by both schools, our school will dispatch students for Economics 2+2 Program for further academic studies at University of Waterloo.
