Dean Zhang Qiusheng led a delegation to visit National Taiwan University (NTU)

During the period from July 6-20, Dean Zhang Qiusheng and Associate Dean Cui Yongmei of School of Economics and Management of BJTU, Prof. Ru Yihong from Logistics Department, Lu Xiyan, director of International Exchange Center, arrive at Taiwan for a friendly visit to five universities in Taiwan.
 
Dean Zhang Qiusheng successively visited Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), National Chengchi University and Hsinchu Chiao Tung University and also made official visits to the relevant officials of these universities, leaders in charge of the foreign affairs departments, deans of School of Management and teachers responsible for the teaching and scientific research, discussed problems related to the joint degree program cooperation and the degree program teaching cooperation as well as the feasibility of the Dual Master Degree Program joint cooperation projects, and also explored for the new fields and approaches for the exchange and cooperation between the schools.
 
This visit will give fresh impetus to the cooperation and exchange between School of Economics and Management and the School of Management of the abovementioned Taiwan universities, and play a vital role in further increasing the international impact of BJTU School of Economics and Management, promoting the building of the strategic cooperation in school running and scientific research between School of Economics and Management and the School of Management of the abovementioned Taiwan universities, deepening the internationalization of Beijing Jiaotong University and School of Economics and Management. It is highly hoped that attention shall be given to the corresponding disciplines of these Taiwan universities for our reference and benefit to promote the Peer-To-Peer cooperation.
