Firstly, Cui Yongmei sincerely thanked all liaisons of all classes present at the preparatory meeting out of their busy schedule, introducing the basic information about the Alumni Work Team of School of Economics and Management and the specific work, particularly emphasizing that the alumni were the primary resources fueling the school development and that the school leaders paid more attention to the alumni work, and hoped that it was necessary to build the normalized alumni ecosystem.
Feng Yao introduced the specific arrangement for the Alumni reunion and get-together to all liaisons and the class liaison assisting work essentials and shared the joint discussion over the detailed contents and the solution planning with all participants under the theme pRecollection Time Machineq.
Afterwards, all class liaisons introduced their respective class liaison situation and put forward the sincere proposals about the Alumni reunion and get-together and the school Alumni work development, including the preparation of the invitation letters and the video of the attractive campus scenes, the building of WeChat Circle to promote the interaction among alumni, gave lectures to their younger schoolfellows on campus by combining their own work experience and also identified the class uniformed outfits, etc.
Lu Weizhong shared with all other participants the wonderful contents of the 20th undergraduate anniversary activities and emphasized that the Alumni reunion and get-together was not the terminal of the communication between alumni and the school but the starting point from which the school could provide the alumni at large with diversified services and hoped that this yearos Alumni reunion and get-together could be a good opportunity for the normal communication among alumni as well as a platform for multiple cooperation among alumni so as to further strengthen the communication and exchange between the school and the alumni.
