On the morning of July 22, 2014, School of Economics and Management held pCCID Education Foundationq Donation Agreement Signing Ceremony at RM. 611 of East Siyuan Building. The ceremony was presided over by Cu Yongmei, the deputy party secretary and associate dean of School of Economics and Management.
Chen Feng, vice president of Beijing Jiaotong University, delivered a speech at the ceremony, introducing the latest development of the university and emphasizing the great significance of the university-enterprise cooperation. He expressed the hart-felt thanks to CCID Consulting Co., Ltd. for the donation and the support to the university for its educational development and also spoke highly of CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd. for its devotion to the social public welfare and active donation to poverty-stricken students. He hoped that this university-enterprise cooperation would be a typical example of the win-win cooperation between School of Economics and Management and CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd.
Li Shuchong, CEO of CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd., introduced the development history of the company, pointing out that there was still an obvious gap between the enterprise talent demand and the current education system. CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd. and Beijing Jiaotong University can share the complementary advantages as they can be professionally matched for mutual benefit. He hoped that this cooperation can not only satisfy the talent development demand of CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd. but also creates a favorable social practice internship base for the students from School of Economics and Management to jointly build a brand for mutual benefit and university-enterprise win-win cooperation.
Later, Yin Ji, director of External Liaison Cooperation Department of BJTU and secretary-general of Education Foundation, signed the donation agreement on behalf of the school with Li Shuchong, CEO of CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd. and also presented the donation certificate to Mr. Li. Afterwards, Zhang Qiusheng, dean of School of Economics and Management, presented the bronze medal pBJTU School of Economics and Management Practical Education Baseq to CEO Li Shuchong who then presented the bronze medal pTalent Training Base of CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd.q to Mr. Zhang Qiusheng.
Other senior executives from CCID Consulting Co. , Ltd. were present at the signing ceremony, mainly including, Wen Fang, Xiao Jingsong, Song Yu and Li Shuang, etc. Also present at the ceremony were Geng Xuejiao from Education Foundation, Gong Shoujiang, director of EMBA Center of School of Economics and Management, Feng Yao, vice director of Social Service and Alumni Office, and Zhou Yitong from Postgraduate Moral Education Office.
The total donated amount of pCCID Education Foundationq is RMB 1.2 million yuan, mainly used as the scholarships for excellent student of the Virtual pCCID Classq and teacherso research grants, etc. The first pCCID Classq will get started for the official recruitment in September this year for 15-odd postgraduates of Industrial Economics and the relevant specialties in School of Economics and Management, and also the school instructor will be authorized for teaching so as to achieve the goal of pdouble tutorial systemq for students in this class. pCCID Classq, based on the basic courses of the school, will have such practical training courses rationally incorporated into its teaching activities as pIndustry/Trade Consulting Business and Research Methodsq and pCustomer Demand Analysis and Program Proposal Drafting Essentialsq, etc. to achieve the goal of the joint selection and cultivation by the school and the enterprise, which will be an innovation attempt as well as an in-depth and innovative talent cultivation model of combining the school academic degree education with the enterprise practical internship education, thus exerting the great significance in promoting the University-Enterprise cooperation and the production- education- research collaborative innovation.
