The third guest to share is Li Shiying, who majored in accounting in 2018. At present, she works in poly (Beijing) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Li Shiying shared five aspects of the recruitment process, information access channels, online application suggestions, preparation at present and job search perception. In terms of recruitment process, she carefully analyzed the specific contents and precautions of online application, written examination and interview of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, and shared her online interview experience combined with the current epidemic situation. In terms of preparation at present, she encourages everyone to give priority to determining their own consideration factors for job hunting, and make targeted preparations according to their favorite industries / enterprises.

Li Yuan, a senior student majoring in accounting in 2018, is now working in Fujian Branch of China Oriental Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Li Yuan suggested that before applying for a job, you should consider carefully the city, industry and type of job you intend to work for. When choosing internship, try to be related to your career goals, not to pile up internships for the sake of comprehensiveness. Finally, in the competition for state-owned enterprises, he made clear the following points: the online application should be early rather than late; the written examination should be paid attention to but not too nervous; during the interview, he must actively participate in the discussion and clearly express his own views.

So far, the graduation thesis writing and internship employment experience sharing meeting was successfully completed.
