On November 3rd, 2019, to celebrate the 70th birthday of the motherland and compose a new chapter of the dream of Beijing Jiaotong University, the welcome party for the 2019 Master of Engineering Management (MEM), sponsored by the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University and co-organized by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., was solemnly held in the third-floor Theater of the Student Activity Center.

Liu Shifeng delivered a speech on behalf of the graduate school, extending a sincere welcome to all the students, the highest respect to the teachers, and heartfelt thanks to the performers who paid silently for the evening. At the same time, Dean Liu also put forward new expectations for the 2019 grade students, hoping that in the two years, they would systematically learn professional knowledge and management theory and constantly improve their overall personal quality. The melodious sound of the Guzheng, "blue and white porcelain", accompanied by a gentle and graceful dance, have shown the charm of Chinese traditional culture.

The talk show "the sequel of class hodgepodge " continued the humor of the first episode, causing a burst of laughter and thunderous applause. Wen Qixiang, a master of engineering management in 2018, as two consecutive "old drama bones", combined with a year of life in the red orchard and the host opened a hilarious interview. At the end of the show, Mr. Wen expressed his best wishes to the freshmen of 2019 and hoped that everyone can open their hearts to others.

In the dance "Miss chic", the dancers combined modern and dynamic feeling, accompanied by colorful and dazzling stage lighting, which has gained unanimous praise from the audience.

The students recited the poem “Five-Star Red Flag” with sonorous, powerful and affectionate tones, and presented the splendid chapter of Jiaotong University to the 70th birthday of the motherland. On the stage of the party, the English song ensemble programs "Thank you", "Dreams", "Perfect" and "ONE DAY" sung by four girls one by one became the dark horse of the show, which made the atmosphere of the scene hot, beautiful songs sweet and charming. Teachers and students sing brilliantly together on the same stage. The chorus "singing to the Motherland", conducted by Wang Yueying and accompanied by Lin Peng on the piano, sings the heartfelt wishes of the students of Jiaotong University with best wishes to the motherland. The cooperation of men and women "float to the north" with the unrestrained modern songs, the exciting Rap and mezzo-soprano set off each other, attracted the whole audience applause, exciting.

Versatile Jiaotong University students, crosstalk performance has repeatedly come up with new tricks. The tacit cooperation of amusement and support in crosstalk's "hard-won Graduate Life" brings joy and thinking to the freshmen with the couplet of "graduate on time" one by one.

Among them, the ballroom dance performances brought by teachers Wang Yaoqiu and Zhang Hong, such as "Sweet Osmanthus everywhere in August", "Girls of Dabancheng" and "March of the Spanish matador", collide the national and international art and show the spirit of the faculty of Jiaotong University. Directed by teacher Zhang Wenjie and sung by teachers of the School of Economics and Management, "Unity is strength" and "without the Communist Party, there would be no New China", which makes people feel the power of shock from the bottom of their hearts.

Professors Cui Yongmei, Xiang Hongjun and Zhang Mingyu presented prizes to the winners in the lucky draw. According to the mascot of Jiaotong University, this party designed and made the tickets of Little Bear, which can be reused as a bookmark, reflecting the sense of design and the concept of environmental protection. In addition, the animation of this party is produced by Xiao Qi and Da Sheng Animation Studio.
