Personal Biography
Dr. Ye, has been a faculty member at Beijing Jiaotong University in the School of Economics and Management (SEM) since 1987. He completed his Ph.D. in 2005 at Beijing Jiaotong University in Management Science and Engineering. Prior to his doctoral studies, he taught as a management instructor for BJTU. He has been the associate dean of SEM. And he also has been the deputy secretary-general of China System Engineering Institute Human-Machine Environmental System Engineering Professional Committee, and a member of China Ergonomics Association. He has published in top management and economics journals, as well as presented his researches at universities and national and international refereed conferences, such as, 2004 International Conference on Logistics / MF, The CHINA ASSOCIATION FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, 2007 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering, Henan, IEEE, ICPA. He has published several books such as, Logistic Management, Security Behavior, Human Resource Development and Management, Organizational Behavior, and Management Communication. He has chaired and participated in more than 30 key research projects of Railway Department and corporations. These researches are focus on human resource development and management, education, economics and corporation strategy. He received prizes for his academy and teaching in BJTU. He won Zhantianyou Technology Prize awarded by Railway Department for his excellent research, and he was awarded by Beijing Science Committee for his research on Logistic Planning for Anhui Province. During he was responsible for international academic communication of school; he has studied in Australia for 3 months in 2002; visited German in 2003; taught in University of Dalarna, Swede in 2006; visited SAP in German in 2007 and visited the United States in 2008.
