Department of Public Management

The Department aims to cultivate advanced professional talents, who are equipped with solid knowledge of economic theories, comprehensive analysis and capability to solve practical problems. and who are able to conduct economic analysis, policy research, consulting service and teaching tasks in economic management departments, governmental research departments, financial institutions as well as enterprises. The Department provides education programs in labor economics, social security and module of HRM designed for both postgraduates and MBA students. The main research areas in the Department include the theory and policy of labor economics, the theory and practice of social security, the development and management of human recourse, social welfare and salvation, administration management, educational economics and management etc. There are 8 faculty members including 1 counselor of State Council, 3 full professors, 4 associate professors and 1 lecturer.
