Department of Business Administration


The Department intends to cultivate the advanced professional talents who are equipped with knowledge of management, economics, law and business administration, and basic skills of economic management, and who can conduct tasks of management, survey, consultancy and teaching tasks in various enterprises, social organizations, financial institutions as well as governmental departments. The Department provides two specialties of Business administration and Marketing. It also provides several specialties related to Enterprise Management for postgraduates. The main research areas include business management consultancy and planning, inspection and control, human resource development and management in modern enterprises, security technology, work efficiency study, case study for MBA courses etc. There are four curriculum groups in the Departments including marketing, strategic management, management, and human resources management. There are 27 faculty members in the department, including 5 full professors and 13 associate professors.
